PASTOR'S LETTER TO THE CONGREGATION   

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume
and where thieves break in and steal; 
but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes
 and where thieves do not break in and steal.” 
(Matthew 6:19-20)

Many times have I reflected on these words of Jesus recently, both in my personal thoughts and in
conversations with others. How valuable these words of truth are in this current moment,
 when the economy of the United States and of the whole world is in such turmoil,
 and everyone rides the dizzying roller coaster of the ups and downs of their financial condition!
